In order to provide our customers with premier service and support, we utilize
our extensive technical expertise and offer many service not provided by our competitors. See how we do that below:
* DBS, Inc. is committed to preventing our customers from running out of rock. The advantage we have over our competitors OR over doing it yourself is our extensive fleet (aka backup drills) and our personnel (each of our managers and the owner himself) can and
will run the machine if our operators is out sick.
* We are a full service blast hole company. We are the only contract who can handle any and all of your needs in this changing environment. One Call- That’s All.
* We are fully insured with regards to general liability and worker’s compensation.
* We offer excellent employee benefits and therefore have a low employee turnover rate.
* Our extended office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
* We are an associate member of the Georgia Crushed Stone Association and Mining Association of South Carolina.
* Currently, we have operations in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Our customers in the aggregate industry consist

* We employ a drill bit regrind program and procedure that also helps maintain constant price and cost levels.
* In addition to our drill technicians, our service technicians and field supervisors are fully trained to drill. This allows us
more flexibility to cover unforeseen scheduling problems.
* Our service and maintenance technicians are fully qualified and can be on the road in a moments notice in case of a breakdown.
* We have full stock repair parts inventory to dispatch service technicians swiftly to minimize equipment downtime.
* We provide cardboard stemming tubes to stem finished drill holes and protect them from external elements.
* We utilize a hammer rebuild program to manage and equalize drill costs and prices.
* We can provide production cost logistics to aid customers in tracking any drill or fuel costs.
* We operate a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance program.
* Our company trucks are equipped with tanks for both fuel and water.
* The size of our company gives us the flexibility to meet any fluctuations in our customers’ demands.
